Welcome to the online portfolio of Rachel Williams -

an ASL/English Interpreter in the Durham, North Carolina area.

After attending the University of Kentucky and earning a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Spanish in 2016, she earned a B.A. in American Sign Language Interpreting at Western Oregon University in 2019. She then completed the Master's of Arts in Interpreting Studies Program at Western Oregon University, along with an additional certificate in Educational Interpreting in December of 2020.

In 2021, she relocated to Durham, NC, where she interprets in the public school system and various community settings.

Why "Several Signs"? It's a play off of Rachel's "sign name" in ASL (given to her by a Deaf friend) which is the sign for SEVERAL, due to her "several" degrees and varied hobbies, interests, and skills.
